Hey samwise! I'll be glad to help you create your character. Perhaps, if you're able, you'd like to show up early for our session on Monday and we'll get you set up with one? Or we can try to do some of that through the forum? If you know what kind character you'd like to play, it would speed things along, but if not, we'll help you figure it out. Everyone, just a heads up: I'm capping the game at 6 people. Even if we had enough chairs, I find running a game with more than 6 people gets cumbersome.
Karla, Spaceman Spiff, Patrick, christy 2.0 and doubtfulmusician, you each take away 560XP from last night. Since you're splitting XP between 5 (and soon to be 6, as you'll note above) of you now, it slowed you down a bit, but christy 2.0 and Spaceman Spiff, since you both have backstory XP, you've reached 6th level. Patrick, if you email yours, you'll be there with them. Karla and doubtfulmusician, you're both a little farther from 6th, but backstory, art, songs, or even cosplay can earn you some bonus XP and help you catch up, so don't be shy! |

For your various farm-related exploits, those present last evening gain 1600XP! doubtfulmusician, you gain half that. Karla, you have reached 6th Level! *Tah-Dah!*
You all take 20 to search the farmstead. Peppini finds the Minotaur's hoard, which appears to be stuff he had no use for. The only piece of note is a mithral shirt. Patrick's character finds 130 GP Reijier finds a Vial of Strange Oil of Arcane Lock
Peppini and Wednesday both find (at the same time) a Scroll of Shocking Image
Wednesday finds a Wand of Purify Food and Drink containing 32 remaining charges
Also of note is some stuff you collectively find in the attic- a Platinum Holy Symbol of some goddess (Autographed!), and a very nice painting collecting dust in the attic.  |

Without ranks in Spellcraft, you can't figure out the magical properties of an item. That having been said, you are capable of reading some of the Draconic words on the scroll, which talk about a shocking image that appears before their attacker.
While investigating the wand's worth, you find an inscription in common which reads 'Never Fear your Food or Beer, say "Finger Lickin' Good" and enjoy your food.' The fancy stick is well carved, and worth a few gold pieces on its own, but perhaps a larger sum if it is magical.

It says "For your devotion to Iomedae." The signature is a typical squiggle, probably only identifiable to those who know the signer.
