Hey everyone, here's a rough look at my character concept for my paladin. I'm planning on making an offensive/defensive build, progressing into the Bodyguard and shield feat trees as the class abilities get more offensive.
Alyssa, Lawful Good Human Paladin of Sarenrae
Hp: 16
Str: 16 Dex: 14 Con: 17 Int: 14 Wis: 13 Cha: 17
Skills (5 points per level) Diplomacy +7 Heal +5 Perception +2 Ride +6 Sense Motive +5
Feats: Toughness, Improved Initiative (human bonus feat).
I have no specific equipment yet, as I don't know how we're handling equipment. -Ryan

What's the word on gunslingers and firearms? I've got a great idea for a demon-hunting, gun-wielding librarian character that I think would be a lot of fun. It would however, require the 'advanced firearms' rules, otherwise the Gunslinger class doesn't exist and I can't spend lots of extra gold to make special demon-killing ammunition. paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateCombat/combat/firearms.html

Ryan - equipment and starting gold will be handled normally. odinsbones Steve - Golarion uses the emerging guns rules. This means materials will be rare and expensive, and it will not be easy. If you're still interested after reading the rules for emerging guns in firearms, that's fine. If you're not, I don't blame you.

I am considering a bard with the Daredevil archetype, focusing on combat maneuvers such as disarm or steal... Though normaly I'm either a rogue or specialized spellcaster.

Sweet deal, I'm gonna take the point out of Perception and put it in Handle Animal for my backstory. What's the ruling on favored class bonuses, are we using them and can I choose the options from the advanced players guide?
